Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Effective November 1, 2025
To ensure we can provide the best care for all of our patients, deposits are required when scheduling appointments.
Exams (New & Existing Clients)
A $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill at the time of your visit.
- Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the new date but will not be refundable.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Surgeries
A deposit equal to 50% of the high end of the estimate is required to schedule a surgical procedure.
- Cancellations: Procedures canceled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 48 hours of your procedure, your deposit will be transferred to the new date but will not be refundable.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled procedure without notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
